certainly you can have a story without a centralized theme, thus leaving the reader to interpret individually, more ambiguous perhaps, identifying connections internally

What is the main difference between underlying theme and surface theme? Thank you!

Thanks a lot for your time and explanations. I found them very useful and fruitful. I have to sit for a final exam, the one I failed twice previously. One of the main reasons for not passing the final is due to not to be able to write a proper literary analysis. Now, I have a question, have you got any other video with explanations related to literary techniques such as personification, foreshadowing, use of dialogue, parallelism, and so on? I m currently working with Ian McEwan's novel "Atonement". Best wishes.

Hi all!. I have a question, which English phrase is correct: "Why you did not use a smaller needle?" / Why did not you use a smaller needle?" .... I know this is another topic, but I will appreciate your help. Thanks all!🤗

The mnemonic to remember for question word order is
QASI - question word, auxiliary verb, subject, infinitive verb
So in this case it would be
      (Q) Why (A) Did (S) You Not (I) Use
