I watch the planes fly into gatwick when I'm in bed at night. Use the flightradar app its amazing. Also get them going around usually at 3000ft about 250-260 knots Lived at the end of the runway until a couple of months ago could see them take off almost. I love the airport nothing like watching them big beautiful birds climb into the sun seems lost on all but a few.
