Meh Ougi animation.
Fire R weapon is used and weapon skin is applied, hence fire element dmg.
My opinion of this weapon for MH in general content?
M2 Water Bow has a similar "Gain 20% charge bar" ougi effect. Moon phase mechanics are very underwhelming and you need Haas in frontline to captialize on it.
TLDR; Don't bother making this unless Moon phase mechanics are buffed, you are capping easily in Arca Sandbox or you want the weapon skin.
