The religion talk was very interesting actually. Your belief system sounds similar in a way to Zen, which is kinda what I'd refer to my branch of agnosticism/atheism as. For me, its not about if God does or doesn't exist, but that we, along with all life, are just one way the universe may understand itself. And no, I certainly didn't expect to hear and understand an interesting take on religion and meditation in a video about The Intruder, but here we are.
I'm so lucky I didn't decide to find this on my own. I am a fan of scary things but this was a whole another level for me... I'm feel so spooked. Ahh this was so good :')
I love how during the Walten Files reaction he said he hates when technology fucks up and starts acting on its own... And the alternates literally have a power to fuck with technology and make it do things it's not supposed too 💀
Literally whenever someone asks me "do you believe in god?" I just say no because I've always thought it was way too complex to explain, but Jack Manifold, you have just literally summed up my entire life and beliefs in a few minutes, so I'm glad to say you aren't the only one who thinks like that :D
Incoherent nonsense. In no sense can the universe be seen as a "personification" of God. The universe is made up of matter and energy. no mind or person has been found yet that could be seen as an entity such as a god and it does no good to conflate the two concepts to be one and the same.... cuz they aint. Thats laughable. Having a mind and seeing ohter minds around you inside of the universe and therefore you attribute a mind to the universe itself is simply fallacious and doesnt follow. Bring evidence that there is a mind present first, then we can talk about God "being" the universe.

i recommend watching Wendigoons video on the mandela catlogue, his theory (which i agree with the most out of the dozens that ive watched) is that satan said hey demons go fuck em up for me, and the demons posed as angels to convince/make people unalive, so they could take over their bodies, and make it happen to someone else, which to me explains the "they exist on a different spectrum" shit and the fact that they were like "i fooled the shephards". the bit in the white writing that goes "my sand will be my tomb and my foolishness my legacy" i think is either noah or one of the shephards or joseph going uh oh we got tricked

Hey jack! The thing i believe mark did wrong when trying to kill the thing was communicating with the thing which in the beginning it said not to do but you may defend yourself/attempt to kill it.
I find the whole “god is the universe” really interesting! Even as a non-religious person, I do believe basically every god in every religion is based off of the universe or the natural process of things Gods and religion are made to make the world make more sense to people That’s why there’s gods of the ocean who control the waves, or gods of thunder that create storms They’re all ways to make natural processes more easy to understand, especially back in the days before we had science
this is one of my favorite horror series on youtube and im so happy that jack got to experience how scary it is, also im having so much fun watching all these vods, keep up the amazing stuff mr manifold
My FIRST ghost encounter (that I can remember) was a Native American chief standing at the end of my grandparents' driveway with a white aura behind him. The most realistic one was a little more interesting. I think/thought I was asleep, and that my dream was that I leaned my head forward to look at my parents' bedroom door from my laying position. I saw a bright white light (like what was behind the chief, but bigger) coming from their open doorway. Out of the doorway walked a man dressed in all white. I couldn't see his eyes, my brain these days just replaces his eyes in the memory with blurred black spots or sunglasses. He turned his head to his right to look straight at me, then everything faded to black. I "woke up" in the exact same position as I had been in my "dream." 💚
My first encounter was in a old home that i used to live as a baby up as a 10 year old and i swear the closet door in my room was haunted like once the door slowy closed and i thought it was the wind then i realised the windows were closed and the AC was not on so i freaked out, then i ended up having relentless nightmares about it that i just wanted to sleep in my parents bed because i was so scared, its probably due to the house conditions causing that but it was just so terrifying to see the dark when the closet door was opening
i appreciate him taking little short breaks by pausing it and talking about references/memes and stuff because i can’t handle all of the content at once especially the creepy faces and shit
38:01 I had a REALLY similar situation to this. I had been in my bed trying to go to sleep, when I thought I saw something moving in the dark. I thought it was nothing so I flipped over to face the ceiling. Then I heard a voice that was REALLY similar to the one in the video in my left ear. It whispered my name. I sat up real fast and turned on the light, but nothing was there. Nothing else happened that night, but I still think about it.
Bro, I love this series :) And a lot of the parts are memes and I’m glad I’m not the only one who realized that👏😌 Thank you for uploading this and all of your other videos, take care Jack, and everyone else reading this 😌
50:43 That scared the shit out of me. Like I looked behind me towards my window and I asked like "Mom?" Because like she is usually outside. Then I remembered I'm home alone. My dog is beside me to give comfort tho. :) Update one sec later: My dog just left.
Honestly, thank you for watching these, it has made me more and more motivated to continue my analog series, so that one day it will be complete enough for you to watch it and give people a few scares. Once again, thank you, you have moved many people.
not sure why i’m here again, i remember my brain telling me “there’s a creepy man in your corner” when i woke up at 3 am and tried to go back to bed i felt like someone was watching me and my brain kept flashing the “an intruder” picture so i couldn’t sleep because i was so scared :’)
I highly reccomend Wendigoon's analysis of this series :D it only has the first season covered but it gives a lot of good concepts/theories and context!
i rlly love how invested jack gets in these analog horror vids even tho he's terrified, he gets so eager to decode and piece together the story and is hilarious and charming all the way thru!! whatta cool dude love ya jack :3
with the voice acting; I get how people normally sound vulnerable of scared when something like that happens, however I know of multiple people who struggle representing their emotions through speech and/or facial expressions or simply can't with certain emotions (I am also one of these people, I've been informed with heart-breaking news multiple times and often have simply replied with a hum or nod and have felt nothing at all)
I love the Mandela Catalog so much! It's one of the few analog series that makes me lie awake at night thinking about it. Edit: I think I just heard a child getting murdered outside Double edit: hey so people are getting concerned about the child, it's been 9 months and I've heard the child screaming multiple times so it might just be a ghost but I'm like 90% sure the child is okay Triple edit: people in this neighborhood just like like to scream guys this happens all the time, I know they're fine because I've seen them scream before and it's because they think it's funny.
I REALLY enjoy these little talks, I actually have my own small theory to do with after death that although I always kind of thought about since a very young child and still very much skeptic- I think your perspective is really good Jack!
The first time I watched the Mandela catalogs and I reached the point where he asked Mark to come turn his cameras on my heart fucking dropped, I knew there and then.

"if there is a god, please help me." the SCARIEST mf line .
Him saying “Oh Jesus” when the picture of Jesus changed to have a warped face was a fantastic unintentional pun.
4:32 the expression change always gets me, no matter who is reacting
I'm so lucky I didn't decide to find this on my own. I am a fan of scary things but this was a whole another level for me... I'm feel so spooked. Ahh this was so good :')
I love how during the Walten Files reaction he said he hates when technology fucks up and starts acting on its own... And the alternates literally have a power to fuck with technology and make it do things it's not supposed too 💀
i think i may be an alternate because all my friends (and people i don’t know) say that i have a biologically impossible forehead
same 😭
It do be like that.
Everytime he goes "five nights at freddies" ESPECIALLY at 59:42 I lose my shit. Jack is so naturally fuckng funny 😭
@@notexactly9145 you dropped your L. You know that letter right? I just wanted to be sure because I saw your grammar and close-mindedness. Hope you get well soon
@@buckeye5502 And you didnt give any evidence for the laughable idea that was presented by the poster of the original comment? You know that word? Evidence? How about logic? Or science? Didnt think so...
Might wanna come with something more productive next time, yeah?
And since when was not believing in woo-woo close-minded? Not wanting ones brain to fall out of ones head aint close-minded. It's called being rational and sceptical. I hope you get some evidence for your silly beliefs very soon.

i recommend watching Wendigoons video on the mandela catlogue, his theory (which i agree with the most out of the dozens that ive watched) is that satan said hey demons go fuck em up for me, and the demons posed as angels to convince/make people unalive, so they could take over their bodies, and make it happen to someone else, which to me explains the "they exist on a different spectrum" shit and the fact that they were like "i fooled the shephards". the bit in the white writing that goes "my sand will be my tomb and my foolishness my legacy" i think is either noah or one of the shephards or joseph going uh oh we got tricked
50:42 I love how it’s universally agreed that putting stereoscopic door knocking sounds in your horror instantly makes you a horrible person
im too scared to watch the mandala catalog on my own so i am going to watch it with mr manifold b(;v;)d lets hope its not too scary LMFAO
Oh, you're in for a ride :)
The times were Jack stopped to show us memes really helped me tbh 😆 Just like Jack I wasn’t too scared cause the memes
I tried watching it and couldn’t look at a mirror or tv without someone being there for me
@@Han-we7du YEAH i cant imagine watching it on my own, jack's commentary and occasional pauses really helped me feel less scared tbh
@@gumilikesgummies527 even tho i watched it all with jack, when i went to bed last night and all my lights were off i couldnt stop thinking about "avoid opening your eyes when you are certain that the man in the corner, is in fact, now inches away from your face" ;;
6:03 POV: your talking to your taller friend about being short.
I am 22 minutes in. I don't think anything could've prepared me for this because despite Jack Manifold being there, watching along with the viewer, I am still physically distancing myself away from the phone.
i’ve woken up multiple times to the feeling of someone in my room, i usually turn my lamp on with my eyes closed but the times i just open my eyes, no one i there but i start crying. idk why, it just happens.
I relate to this I just don't cry just am scared and feel presences
No because not even 2 days ago I had that exact same thing!!! Last night was the first night i could actually sleep without the feeling ;-;
He should watch “this house has people in it”
Bruh he SHOULD 😂
Hey jack! The thing i believe mark did wrong when trying to kill the thing was communicating with the thing which in the beginning it said not to do but you may defend yourself/attempt to kill it.
thats why it said bad decions i believe.

Hey Jack if u have to u should watch the backroom footage it would be great to watch to the series ur doing
Here it is if u want ua-cam.com/video/oaOp7lAZ_T8/v-deo.html
Walten Files disturbs me way more but i do enjoy mandela more than any other analog horror series, mainly because the concept is way more interesting
Literally same
OMG i didn’t even realise the faces were memes till jack pointed it out
I was expecting the you laugh you lose challenge
But this is better
@Matrixuni I THOUGHT THAT TOO 😭😭
@Matrixuni I don't know
Probably a bot
Never got one before!
:D
@Matrixuni luckily I think it’s gone now
Ah, look at me wanting to not get any sleep tonight. I love that for me
when the girlon the phone telling them about her cat said "how about three nights?" it was an instant death
alternate understood tonight as two nights
Interesting! Surprised that u were the only one (so far) that has noticed it
I find the whole “god is the universe” really interesting!
Even as a non-religious person, I do believe basically every god in every religion is based off of the universe or the natural process of things
Gods and religion are made to make the world make more sense to people
That’s why there’s gods of the ocean who control the waves, or gods of thunder that create storms
They’re all ways to make natural processes more easy to understand, especially back in the days before we had science
this is one of my favorite horror series on youtube and im so happy that jack got to experience how scary it is, also im having so much fun watching all these vods, keep up the amazing stuff mr manifold
Hi Jack! Thanks for all the positivity you bring to this community
Ignore the bot above me!
I "woke up" in the exact same position as I had been in my "dream."
💚
My first encounter was in a old home that i used to live as a baby up as a 10 year old and i swear the closet door in my room was haunted like once the door slowy closed and i thought it was the wind then i realised the windows were closed and the AC was not on so i freaked out, then i ended up having relentless nightmares about it that i just wanted to sleep in my parents bed because i was so scared, its probably due to the house conditions causing that but it was just so terrifying to see the dark when the closet door was opening
50:43
Jack: It's definitely religious-
*Knocking
I don't think it's religious anymore Jack.
i appreciate him taking little short breaks by pausing it and talking about references/memes and stuff because i can’t handle all of the content at once especially the creepy faces and shit
38:04
I had a similar situation, I heard a voice saying "I will kill you," and it also sounded like that voice,
I'm scared now.
Nothing else happened that night, but I still think about it.
auditory hallucinations can occur when you’re really tired. i get them a whole lot. 😁

Honestly, thank you for watching these, it has made me more and more motivated to continue my analog series, so that one day it will be complete enough for you to watch it and give people a few scares. Once again, thank you, you have moved many people.
Loving these horror reactions
not sure why i’m here again, i remember my brain telling me “there’s a creepy man in your corner” when i woke up at 3 am and tried to go back to bed
i felt like someone was watching me and my brain kept flashing the “an intruder” picture so i couldn’t sleep because i was so scared :’)
Nah because I have the exact same thing!!! I'm literally scrolling through comments to find others who had the same experience
I’m watching this at like 3 am and ur the only thing that’s keeping me from going insane I get scared easily
I highly reccomend Wendigoon's analysis of this series :D it only has the first season covered but it gives a lot of good concepts/theories and context!
not me coving my hand over the screen in case i get jump scared
jack is so scared that he started to laugh in nervous hahaha ''tehaHA''

jack's take on the universe and religion is really interesting and i honestly subscribe to the belief. it's really eye opening
"its my own little religion but it's based on..." shoulda ended it at based my man
Finally, i was waiting for this for so long
this is my favorite analog horror but it still scares me for days since im terrified of the dark
with the voice acting; I get how people normally sound vulnerable of scared when something like that happens, however I know of multiple people who struggle representing their emotions through speech and/or facial expressions or simply can't with certain emotions (I am also one of these people, I've been informed with heart-breaking news multiple times and often have simply replied with a hum or nod and have felt nothing at all)
I love the Mandela Catalog so much! It's one of the few analog series that makes me lie awake at night thinking about it.
Edit: I think I just heard a child getting murdered outside
Double edit: hey so people are getting concerned about the child, it's been 9 months and I've heard the child screaming multiple times so it might just be a ghost but I'm like 90% sure the child is okay
Triple edit: people in this neighborhood just like like to scream guys this happens all the time, I know they're fine because I've seen them scream before and it's because they think it's funny.
what
YOU WHAT.
what the fuck do you mean by a child being murdered 👩🦲
Umm? What???
Bro- you good?
I REALLY enjoy these little talks, I actually have my own small theory to do with after death that although I always kind of thought about since a very young child and still very much skeptic-
I think your perspective is really good Jack!
JackManifold: "I'm not scared of you anymore, bro! Cuz you're a meme!"
Meanwhile, JackSepticEye: "OH! Oh, what are you?! Ew!!! Stop staring at me!!!"
