Summary -1)Check ur life (health, mind, relationship , karma,world ) what u want to change in urself or in ur life . 2)Who is creating prblm in our life Remember we need to understand we are creating prblms in our life by thinking our mind . 3)So we need to chamge our mind thinking whtever we want to change in ourselves like our relationship,our karma ,our thinking ,our behaviour n our life.(our prblms by having the energy of blaming others). 3)Whtever we are doing is our karma n ahtever we are receiving is our destiny. 4)Whtever is coming in any form in our life like our prblms,our relationships ,in our health is the result of creating energy for others n for ourselves. 5)Ist we need to check in our life or in our relationship wht we want in it if we want good things in our relationships n in our life thn ist we need to start giving good energy or things to others in our relationship or in our life. 6)Whatever we give (throw the balls of energy by creating it) for the others it will definitely come back to us it may be hurt ,pain or criticism etc . 7)We are throwing something else (different) n receiving different (something else) by throwing different from receiving or wanting . 8)Ist we need to make changes in our list so that we give same energy n receive same energy by exchanging it. 9)We have to focus on giving n receiving , radiating n exchanging energy from us to others. 10)We forget whatever we recieved in our life is the result of created our energy to others in the form of pain ,hurt , resentment etc it's is becoz of giving things (energy)by us to others.Thn we ask why are they doing this to us in relationship (prblms). 11) Remember - Nothing comes until we create or send . 12)If I say or behave wrongly to anybody that means I create or give (send )hurt or pain to other person n it will come back to me after few months or may be in few years. 13) Remember --Wht is sent has to come back to us . 14)If someone is doing wrong behave with me it's just becoz of my past karma by giving or creating that energy in my past karma. 15)Our karma is our destiny Some time we feel good shn we meet somebody n on the other we don't feel good or positive whn we meet someone else.
