So I have my first Halloween video of the year and wow if everything could go wrong it definitely did in this video.
The weather has been very muggy and lm putting it down to that lol, so firstly I made some Masterboard's that I absolutely loved but then I just couldn't get my head around the ephemera making part so I took a break and came back to it the next day which was still the same but I persevered.
It was almost like I knew in my head what I wanted but I just couldn't get it down on paper
I'm still uploading the video with all the faults because I'm sure I'm not the only one who goes through this

Toni, I have the hardest time doing any art when I'm in a fog or off my game. You definitely persevered and your art soul understood the assignment. I totally get you! I love Halloween but it’s so early & in having a hard time doing it right now. I have a show in Oct in our art market at our gallery & so far I’ve been selling last years that I have & everyone’s asking if I’m doing more! I’m getting there but I still want to do everything else I didn’t finish! But, I’m so happy I’m getting a following! I have to thank you for being part of my inspiration cause I love grunge & vintage! ❤ these are fantastic & very cool! ❤

Love the idea of the master boards. I’m not that big on Halloween, but can certainly adapt this idea to suit my purposes. We’re going into a heatwave the next couple days. I’ll be spending time at our community center, razzle, dazzling with my gel plate and stamping. Thanks as always for sharing and inspiring.

Thank you so much, ohh no I use distress inks when grunging I do love my oxides but sometimes I just want a more vibrant colour and oxide is very chalky.

Toni- how do you get the solid black imprint? My stamping of solid stamps (rather than linework) like the skull's top hat or the POISON label come out no where nearly as solid as yours.
@@jennifermott5651 Aww mine used to be the same sometimes still are, it's definitely a good ink pad and the pressure. You could get a scrap piece of paper and just stamp the more you do the more you get to know the pressure etc 🥰
