Fire At Abandoned Listed Mansion In Limassol Old Town, Cyprus 21/02/24 | So Sad !

On Wednesday 21st of February on a trip to Limassol old town I came around the corner to find this historic building sadly on fire. The fire brigade had turned up quickly to deal with containing and putting out the fire and surrounding buildings were evacuated to keep people safe. The emergency services worked hard to put out the fire and keep people in the area safe. An investigation will now take place to ascertain exactly how the fire started.
This historic building is known as the Pavlides mansion and it was so sad to see this happen to such a beautiful old building.
