He plays cheesy/commercial Ibiza house and American EDM, which is confirmed by and reflected in the venues & parties he plays at. It’s even more indicative by the venues he DOESN’T get asked to play at, I.E the proper European techno parties.

It sounded like he faded out the new track, then he putted a delay/reverb effect on the RMX 1000 to make it sound like it was some kind of break/drop. After doing so, he beatmatched the new track again and faded out the delay/reverb track. Pretty amazing to do in 20/30 seconds

Absolutely love his music style and vision that electronic music needs to sound futuristic. However, I think his mixing was to harsh in this set, which impacts the overall groove and dreaminess. If he just mixed a little bit more carefully and used "transition songs" this set would've been pure perfection.
@@af1273-z3l don't get me wrong it's my own opinion. However, it is still possible to mix more fluent and carefull at the spot without having it preplanned of formulaic. The key is make more use of the outro and/or musicloops (layering), whereas in the mean time using the EQ more carefully.
@@af1273-z3l yeah definitely not preplanned just look the transition at 1:38:09, it would be embarrassing by my dog or even by Patrick Topping. Lazy mixing in the whole set just like at the tale of us set.
