Looks really good. But I have 2 questions: what was the oven temperature used and what was the purpose of dirtying another dish when seasoning the meat. lol
This looked so yummy and coincidently what I ate on my first night in Morocco some years ago. I love middle eastern foods (I lived in Egypt for a while so yum yum too). You should invest in a tagine and they make a great decoration piece when not in use :)
Wow... This is nice and seems easy... Im so going to try making these... Side Note , during the tasting, im distracted with beyond the meat...!! Sorry eh.. Lol!!
i'm definitely going to make this today... i hope i can find all the ingredients for harissa though. (i know i could probably sub it out for something, but it's worth hunting stuff down to have harissa on hand for a couple months lol.)
Can't wait to try.
I've cooked this!! Very good! Thank you!
Looks so delicious! 👌

I have a hard time telling which is yummier, the host or the food...
Eric Judd The host! No offense to the food.

Can we cook it in a slow cooker instead of the oven? If so about how long do you think we can cook it for?
drooling

I'm gonna do it this weekend. But one question, what's the point of putting the beef in the frigo for 4hours?
where is this dish from? how did you first learn about it?
What temperature was the oven?
I may have missed it...
Sorry, I didn't realize I didnt mention it. It's at 325
could this be something made in a crockpot/slow cooker? thanks!
