    Looks really good. But I have 2 questions: what was the oven temperature used and what was the purpose of dirtying another dish when seasoning the meat. lol

    This looked so yummy and coincidently what I ate on my first night in Morocco some years ago. I love middle eastern foods (I lived in Egypt for a while so yum yum too). You should invest in a tagine and they make a great decoration piece when not in use :)

    Can we cook it in a slow cooker instead of the oven? If so about how long do you think we can cook it for?

    i'm definitely going to make this today... i hope i can find all the ingredients for harissa though. (i know i could probably sub it out for something, but it's worth hunting stuff down to have harissa on hand for a couple months lol.)
