In my previous games with Halicarnassus B, I always build the first two stages of the wonder but not the third one. I find the discard pile is filled with cards that I don't ask for. At most how many stages of this wonder can be built?
In my recent games of BGA, I always keep losing. I only won 7 matches out of over 40 matches I am in. I am not sure how to predict the movement of my players to my left and right. Are there any tips for that? (I mean I still got confused after watching this video)
"We are choosing (Hali) B here, because we want to win" :D love this quote
Haha thanks. Hali A is still the only wonder I cannot justify ever picking, but one day I'll get it!
There is so much to learn. Thanks.
Thank you!
Is Hali pretty much a requirement for age 2 green plays, or have you made it work with other wonders as well?
From the top of my head, I've made it work with Alex, Babylon and Olympia.
Mind explaining 2:30 why the press is so important??
for school and 2nd wonder stage
As Tree Chong said already it's school, 2nd wonder stage and Age3 blue cards and guilds.

2 stages or even 1 stage is very common with Hali B.
How did you get 1 point in conflict? Your neighbors have 6 and 5 conflict icons while you have 1 at the end of the game
1 + 3 - 3 = 1, you can see the breakdown in top left below player names

My advice is just to take a break after a streak of loss. Hydrate, focus & try to learn from your mistakes.
Thank you for your advice!
How did the math work for the 48 points in science?
3^3 * 3 + 3 * 7 = 27 + 21 = 48
@@WonderfulPlays So you had 3 copies of each science card (9 points each trio) and 3 rows of different cards (7 points each row), right?
Should try more age 2 green plays.
I'd say there are risky, but sometimes you get a glorious game like this.,
