I just have a concern about these hospitals, definitely they will take care of you coz of course you are advertising them... komarok same, my brother went there only to be given wrong medication, same with his daughter.. now my point is the same service they give you tell them to give other people..

Nairobi West hospital is a big No mediocre services my mum inlaw was there tell them to walk the talk it was also on spot the other day tell them the truth since when hospitals began to be advertised aaiii a big no

As your great followers and we know that you value your brand,i might not be a victim but just the other day this hospital was being highlighted for highly mistreating people who are not influencers... Kindly most people use these facilities and other brands because you refer and influence them... If you are working with them as brand ambassadors kindly let them know they should treat everyone equally because people also pay for such services and no one pays to receive bad services....and to make it worse the testimonials were also being made by their former employees.... Nooo this can't be it...

@@mercywambui5717 i second you,yes the hospital is beautiful but very disrespectful staffs,nilifanyiwa c/s ...am telling you nilikatwa nikisikia,I begged the surgeon to give me a little time dawa inigandishe vizuri but all was in vain,after c/s nilitolewa kwa room mbio Ati nko na Corona ,I was taken to akacertain karoom, haki I wish they knew we are all equal before God,wataacha hiyo madharau....imagine I ended up paying 160k for poor services 🥲🥲

This hospital was put on the spot recently, together with coptic and komarock modern for treating other patients who aren't influences badly..
I don't know if some influencers know what's happening before advertising for people or they just don't care bora they are paid and treated well😢..

This hospital advertising by influencers should not be normalized. Well this is my opinion and probably biased, well its been proven by many, i included that this hospitals do not deliver the same quality of service to other patients who are not influencers. Kwanza hii Nairobi West na Coptic. This adverts should come with disclaimers.

I think I'm wierd,, i can't such a video ,,,,, the first ya akina peekay yenye i can't,,,
I gave birth at this hospital last year after seeing the facility being advertised by several influencers. I can attest that truly the have really good facilities. The room was clean and spacious, the meals were okay. If I were to rate the facility, without medical care I would give it a 10/10. However, I came to later realize that influencers who go to this hospital go in with their own personal doctor. When you go to give birth at this hospital without your own personal doctor kindly do your due diligence. From my personal experience the quality of health care was not good. As a first time mum I wish I knew that when choosing a hospital you do not just look at the facilities but the quality of health care, which is actually very important. As someone who had previously been going for me pre natal elsewhere I was highly highly disappointed by the quality of healthcare. I will just share one of my experience, though many. When my baby was being discharged, the pediatrician came up with a very off explanation saying that our baby needed to be admitted. He pumped a lot of fear, which in my experience was done to me/us frequently in making some choices while in this hospital. At this point we had already lost trust with the hospital and decided to seek a second opinion elsewhere. Long story short our baby was in perfect health and till date 10 months later has never been to any hospital because of an illness. I found it so sad that the doctor was willing to admit a newborn baby, pump unnecessary medication just to make money. Very unethical. If you choose this hospital for maternity make sure you have your private doctor or do you due diligence.
this hospital mistreated my ailing grandfather to an extent of taking him to icu to exaggerate his bills ,not a hospital i would recommend

They took my less Than 24hrs baby to Nicu in the most unprofessional way.
They told me they will take a test which was okay results came out and the doctor delivered the info in the most scary way and before I knew my baby was bein taken to nicu before I could process that a nurse came to discharge me to go home and leave my baby. I cried in those corridors of theirs coz I could I leave my baby and go home in the name of insurance can't pay.
I called my insurance who confirmed my accommodation is payable but still they were adamant to give me accommodation and it took a lot of back and forth for them to give me accommodation.
Then they ditched me on their old building with zero attention little food when I was suppose to pump milk for my baby, imagine the hunger that comes with delivery and they dont allow food from outside. The place looked so deserted and catching even sleep was a struggle. They didn't even bother to offer toiletries.
Nairobi West is a scam and don't tell me they improved in less than a week.
Whatever you see in this video is a paid ad.

Too many negative reviews. Well I personally have a good experience from this hospital.. admitted twice for different reasons one was maternity services.. or its me who doesnt have hight expectations on things?😮
