Ingredients:
For Yakhni:-
1 kg mutton
2 tsp salt
1 tsp green chilli paste
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 onion
1 tsp cumin seeds
2 bay leaves
Water
Pulao masala:
1 tsp fennel seeds
1 tsp cumin seeds
7-8 green cardamom
1 black cardamom
1 mace
⅓ nutmeg
1 tsp black pepper
1 cinnamon stick
Cloves 7-8
For Pulao:
1 cup oil
½ tsp cumin seeds
½ tsp caraway seeds
4-5 green cardamom
1 black cardamom
½ tsp pepper corn
4-5 cloves
2-3 bay leaves
2 cup onion
2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
2 tbsp green chilli paste
2 tsp coriander powder
1 tbsp salt or as require
1 cup curd
Coriander leaves
Green chillies
Kewra water
Fried onion
2 tsp desi ghee
Rice 4 cup ( 800 g )
