Look at the Scotland national team - testament to the failure of the top club in Scotland that there's no up and coming players at Parkhead. Our youth set up is a shambles. It won't get any better with more jobs for the boys. The new indoor training pitch at Barrowfield is worse than a Nuffield Gym. At least you get a Sauna and Spa. Celtic are doing things on the cheap. It's not Celtics responsibility to generate youth talent in Scotland, it's the Schools...you know, grassroots...publicly funded sports programmes.
