A great video. Well explained. I am a fibreglass / aluminum stock / Chassis upgrade kind of shooter. Besides my factory walnut stocks are prone to getting beat up on the hunt. It’s not because I’m negotiating rugged terrain. It’s because after 15 years in Her Majesty’s Infantry, my knees, hips and back are beat up and I tend to fall many times on the slippery , leaf covered rocks up in our hunting area. I bought this hunting stock by B&C to replace the fine walnut factory unit on my Winnie Model 70. Don’t get me wrong, the Winnie factory turns out a beautiful piece of wood and the barreled receiver is bedded very well. It’s just that a fine piece of walnut deserves a better home! I love my B&C hunting stock in brown with black webbing effects. Now to go and crank out some handloads and then it’s time to test the accuracy gains. Peace Be The Journey!
To get a Remington to shoot you need to replace the stock replace the barrel the trigger .Which is after your done the only thing that is Remington left is the action and you should have that trued also
@@kurtnulf3362 What does that have to do with your dumb ass statement about the Remington 700? Furthermore, I’m an American bud. Why would I be even remotely concerned with Ukraine? F76K Ukraine and Russia both.
@@kurtnulf3362 and of course I’m talking about punching holes in paper. 0.5 moa denotes that I am referring to group size. Have you ever actually seen the effects of a GSW on tissue? I learned a 380 fmj is two inches wide going in and a little less than half an inch coming out. The one I saw just last night was anyways.
I put a HS Precision on my Remington 700 SPS in 243 Winchester. What a difference it made!
I know you put that stock on the Remington 700 SPs in 7mm but was it the Bell & Carlson for Remington 700 BDL Long Action?
Yes, BDL Long Action

nice video man thanx
+1 for stock replacement. I think manufacturers these days actually expect you to replace them considering how cheaply made they are.
What stock is that?
Where is the product link to look or order ?
Whered you get a bell and Carlson for 275? Im looking for a sporter stock for a 700. Got one for sale anyone?
Try stucky stocks
What exact stock is the new one
Perfect video

Or you could just not suck. I had a 700 in 25-06 that would get 0.5 moa off a sandbag with factory ammo but like I said, I didn’t suck so there ya go.
@@flapthecrapster Sounds like Ukraine can use a real hero like yourself .Unless you just like punching holes in paper ,
