Oh god the 4060 TI 8 GB is such a bad price compared to the 7700 XT cuz it costs almost the same from what I see on the market but 7700 XT outperforms it in almost everything with 4 GB more VRAM while the 16 GB 4060 is also a bad value since it costs 50 to $100 more than 7700 XT. They really balanced the 7700 XT to be in such a good middle place and it makes me wish I waited a bit longer when I got my 3060 12 GB and got the 7700 XT instead. Also it shows how much he is right with the mere 14% positive like ratio xD

Agreed, moral of this video is don't Ray Tracing with 4060 or a 7700XT. The games where ray tracing actually looks amazing will not be an enjoyable experience. Also. the pricing of the 7700XT is a little bit of tomfoolery from AMD. Not even AMD want's to you to buy this card, they want you to pay the extra $50 for the 7800XT.

Resolution? Neither of these cards are 4K cards if you plan on playing new AAA games. If you can wait a month or so, 4080 super at $1000 would be the better option. 10-15% faster than the 4080 at a lower price. if you can't wait get the XTX or even the 7900xt. Where the fuck are you finding an XTX at the same price as the 4070ti? 4070ti is the same price as the 7900xt not xtx. note that AMD cards CAN'T do any form of GI Ray tracing especially not Path tracing. So if you want to play Alan Wake 2, Metro Exodus, Cyberpunk with RT you have to buy an NVIDIA card. Games with lighter GI RT such as ratchet and clank are playable but at the same price NVIDIA offers much better performance.

You should really consider RDR2 performance as anomaly as even the 7600 which is supposed be a lower tier card is outperforming the 7700xt.
