Crysis 3 is what happens when you put a Rahkshi Bionicle into an FPS game. Everyone knows the only appropriate game for a Rahkshi Bionicle is Bionicle Heroes, which is a THIRD PERSON shooter. smh my head crysis.

When i played the game, i used the bow like for almost 3 hours wich prooves how OP the weapon is
I loved shooting them into walls.
I never found a reason to use any other weapon TBH.
I went the opposite direction. After getting suppressors i used rifles for most of it. I use the bow on the occasional stealth section.
I don't know why, but I always try go loud using the bow, younger me was chaotic asf.
The bow was it 4 me. I gotta pull this game out after work
I said it with the previous Crysis game, and I'll say it for this too; I genuinely and unironically enjoy C3. It's story, gameplay, all of it. Gud game. Edit: The Bionicle references in these videos never fail to make me laugh
I had a blast playing both 2 and 3. This makes me want to replay them lol. I own both games too for my 360

My favorite part of crysis 3 was when crysis guy woke up and said "its crysisin time" and crysised all over the bad guys. Truly inspirational.

6:40 fun fact: during that segment you can pretty much skip it by shooting directly at (and destroying) the dropships before they can drop their pods. You'll then get the takeoff cinematic as soon as Psycho says "No of course I haven't you twat!"
While watching this video I slowly came to realize that I've played through this entire game and forgot all of it.

Because back then people focused on offline campaign. We didn't care about multiplayer except online games.
Also back then the internet connection is so bad except for big city. No one played multiplayer except the rich.

Great game. One thing that's weird is how far it's set in the future. It feels like it should be set either right after crisis 2 or a couple years after at most. But for some reason it's set like 30 years afterwards, yet all the technology still feels the same as in crisis 2,

@@Gameprojordan, to be fair the whole alien invasion and destruction from Crysis 2 probably hindered human development and economy, Crysis 3 also explains how cell built a monopoly, and while weapons and other things certainly look very samey, things like system x, the dam and overall architechture do look more advance, though i wouldn't call it a fair comparison since it is more of an industrial look rather than a city, also the gap is only by 24 years which is relatively not a lot.
When you realize that Prophet is Crysis 3, it's a whole new game.
In my opinion the Crysis series is great and I hope Crysis 4 will be also a good game

I think this game was free on ps3 years ago and I really enjoyed it! Didn't play the first two but the music was killer, the bow was fun, and the story seemed cool; losing humanity and tapping into the enemy's mind and stuff. The main character's voice was sick and the final boss was just right.
Oh and the suit is cool af.

A bug prevented me from beating the final boss back when I played this game. I think at one of its phases or some point it just no longer did anything. It'd hover up there looking at you and was invulnerable.
If you pirate the game, final boss becomes unbeatable

I remember playing a lot of the multiplayer, there was a normal soldier mode with no regenerating health that I really enjoyed.
There was that mode and a mode where Nano suit dudes hunted the other team with only a bow and it was like Infected, I miss the chaos of the online mode

"...using stealth to take out your foes takes like six hours..." when stealth is the speed-run version. Crysis 2 & 3, you just turn on stealth and run. About the time your battery runs out there will be a place you can hide. Wait like 20 seconds for the recharge and repeat. When you get to something you can't stealth run past you've reached the level boss. Turn on max armor and kill it. Cutscene, repeat.

I had a lot of fun with this game on Game Pass. great gunplay and graphics that still look fantastic.

Game still looks pretty damn good 8 years later. Also wroth noting is all the wrecked cars in the game are missing tires and doors like the Ceph were running a Chop Shop in the jungles, except for the low-detail skybox car models where you can see entirely intact Ford's and *only* Ford's. Weird...

I remember when I was a kid and I had an Xbox 360 I was so jealous of PC players. I didn't even have a computer monitor or TV above 720p so I just remember thinking "what does 4k even look like? It probably looks like real life running at 4k". Then I finally played it on my Series X at 4k and I thought "ehhhh, it was decent." Obviously graphics have advanced since then, but it's an okay game.

Crysis 3 was the best in the trilogy. The main menu theme alone steals it.
The story was the most interesting, psycho is such a well written character and shows his humanity so well.
After all..... he's only human. The way the suit is evolved in this game from being the perfect killing machine to just a human...
The hacking system was very fun and works well in this formula.
The aliens are once again a stand out in this game and their enemy variety is the best in the series.
This is the best Crysis game.

Not really, the reason it was regarded as best was solely cause of multiplayer and online features.. Crysis 1 beats both games in terms of SP

I wholeheartedly believe that later installments easily beat Crysis 1 in the single player aspect with better gameplay, mechanics (besides the suit somewhat) and especially enemy variety.
Not to mention have you played Crysis 1 on console?
That shit is hard af. That's why I really love the change of the enemy ai because I can actually feel like a proper nanosuit badass without pulling off a hard combo.
