Punch is my first car. Yes, there is some lag with the engine, but not bad. I drove 2200 km covering Maharashtra, Karnataka, Andhra, Telangana, all kinds of roads. As a new driver without any discomfort I was able to do long drives, particularly Highway experience was really good. There are other cars that comes with better engines for sure, but TATA built quality is your insurance.

To be honest, budget segment gaadi me safety + practicality pr sbse zyada focus karna chahiye instead of wasting money on useless features like sunroof. Companies can add many everyday safety features like 4 rear parking sensors, full size spare wheel, all illuminated power window switches & increase structural strength of cars with the money they waste in sunroof. Also, sunroof gaadi ka centre of gravity upar utha deta hai jiske kaaran sunroof wali gadi non-sunroof gadi se thoda zyada unstable ho jati hai.. ye aapko normal running me feel nahi hoga but highway speed aur sudden braking k time aap ye feel kr skte hain. Humare desh me sunroof zarurat kum aur show-off zyada hai.

Sir I have a question am from Himachal Pradesh and sir as u know in hilly area u can't go over 70 80 of speed so as we know that we can't get the full performance of any car ,is it a good decision to go for punch instead of brezza lxi
@@unbeaten3247 brezza is more expensive but punch is good in micro suv segment if your budget is around in 10 lakh rupees you should go tata Nexon nexon is better than brezza because brezza has is one engine option 1.5 liter petrol and Nexon provide 1.2 petrol,1.2 turbo petrol,and 1.5 diesel and 5 star safety ratings

I am becoming big fan of Ravi Bhai the reasons are
1. Genuine banda
2. Down to earth and connected to ground level public

So all in all his UA-cam channel gives unique perspective for each car he reviews and one should not miss it.
I have been there in Pune road accident.. truck hit my vehicle first at speed of 100kms then it hot another 40+ cars. which is Honda Jazz.. Just because of build quality I came out of the car without any scratch on my body.. for such scenario features are useless.. you know India roads and driving conditions.. I always choose build quality, Safety on top of anything.. In saw in that accident Maruti Suzuki and Hyundai vehicles damaged like anything just for second impact..
Build quality is standard feature, base model or top model all are strong built.

Most indians buy cars for travelling in city. In city, safety is not a great concern for cars. So, using tata car for safety by compromising on all other features is pretty stupid.
Only if you travel on highways regularly, then safety must be a concern.
And in that case, wait for 1 or 2 yrs, most probably, other car brands will catch up with tata in terms of safety. But, tata will never be able to catch up with other car brands in terms of features or quality.

Till yesterday i was confused between punch, fronx and exter. Today i drove fronx and did not like it due to low sitting position than punch, less features in price, poor visibility compared to punch. Thought of trying exter tomorrow but your video really helped me to decide and move ahead with punch
Fronx is not in the segment of Exter & Punch. Fronx could be compared with Venue/Sonet !

We Indian should believe in country products and should support Indian companies so that they can improve
Guys, Punch does not provide a good cabin space and seat comfort. I know Tata did very well & provides a great safety in their cars. Second point I observed, gear sifting could be better in Punch in comparing to Hyudai. Third point I realised, Punch has good ground clearance comparing to Exter. Hope this will help you to take decision if you’re looking to buy a new car.
In the coming times, even companies like Hyundai, Suzuki who are notorious for lower build qualities are gonna improve themselves in this field! Reason being Indians are finally asking for it now!
Kia claims to have already improved in its build quality of Seltos. Hyundai claims Exter has a good build quality, Suzuki Grand Vitara & Brezza both have 4* Gncap ratings & Creta Facelift launching next year too will possess better build quality as per current testing reports!
I have mentioned this in a reply to you because you too mentioned about Tata being better in the field of build qualities, but once other brands improve themselves in that segment, they’ll always have an upper hand over Tata, because of their reliable engines, their low maintenance costs & premium feature availabilities!
@@hrnur14 Theres some biasness towards your comment, first of all noones gives a damn a passenger safety claims people want results even Hyundai said that their creta is better than seltos in passenger safety and also gave their 2 african elephant statement but in the end they scored similar.
Plus about improvement every brand is showing that even Tata began to fix their engine and they've also calle their existing customers of Punch/Altroz/Tiago for retuning their car engines and owners have reported the improvement in the power delivery and refinement and please Suzukis don't have premium feel except for cars like Scross, Ciaz, XL6(or ertiga),GV and Invicto.

The reason I didn't take Punch was its lack of leg space in driving seat. My left leg used to touch the dashboard in driving seat and I am 5.11.

@DDS You are good are doing these reviews on card need your help or suggestion on engine part alone. I'm no comparing with Hundai or some other plz give me some suggestion on Tata engine for next 5-10yrs if I want to run with Punch.
I don't know which one is better but in Punch staring is on another level. Punch looks better from the back Exter not appealing from back. In one area Exter is better and that is fit and finsh...

One of best honest review. Other so call Moto channel never share such review. Also car manufacturers are already doing cost cutting which new buyer will not know. Example Airconditioner sealing pipes are open. Price point at which this car are selling is not like buying second hand scooter. Way high price. Keep same format of review as this is more realistic and are shared by experience people out there.
Left knee problems is really big issue for long drive. Tata must understand this problem.

Me and my friend went to check Exter. My friend is 5’7 and I’m 5’6. My friend was in the driver seat and I was in the back seat. According to my height back seat was way spacious and the glass areas were bigger. Back area was more spacious than Punch and in Punch it feels like clumsy and claustrophobic
That part provides you safety . In single road mishap user understands what he missed. As nexon owner I know there are problem but safety and rest good features assure me than whatever logic one can give . I felt that

The performance of Tata cars are adequate for most of the users who are considering it for daily city drive but the rear space of Punch wasn’t much and as I have claustrophobia the rear sitting experience wasn’t that good for me

Hello Ravi Bhaiya Hyundai exter meri requirements fulfill karti hai like looks and features with AMT lekin meri query h agar main SX(o) AMT mein outside CNG fit karwata hun to kya ye decision sahi hai. Kya AMT mein koi problem issue aa sakti h future mein.

As he said in punch "brake hard hote he" it's true but me as punch owner 80KMPh ke bad brake hard hote he it's a feature of all tata car call as "brake pre-fill".
I have advice to all tata car owners, try to apply little bit cluth as well while braking in high speed there are multiple videos on "brake pre-fill" how the works

I thought the host came up with the preoccupied mindset to show punch better than exter, it's evident when any negetive point is said about exter he seems to repeat and agree more and when any negetive about punch is being said he replies with 'aacha' and nothing more
