Well man it's really my first midi controller but I can just say good things about it and I have really no complaint about it, but I have not much to compare it
Bought one. The pads are pretty amazing for $110. My only complaints so far are that I have to quit Live to load a new map because the Components editor and Live can't seem to share the connection. bro, the music is nice! damn
Thank you so much! I'm planning on doing more videos like this one in the future. It was a lot of fun to make.
@@TheQuestforGroove im personally using ableton for everything. And midi integration for me is so important, so i can make music without touching the computer. Im still looking for good midi debate about it. Though ableton push is the best for me now
thats a purdy good shuffle for a geetarist
Hahaha
nice dude
Bravo bro!
Nice tune, a bit Yacht Rock? I'm interested in one of this but have to try pitch and mod in person, seems well speced out though! thanks for review!
Yacht Rock... that's new to me! It does seem fitting :-)
@@TheQuestforGroove Oh man, be prepared to go down an endless rabbit hole!. Yacht Rock is a relatively new term for 70's soft rock, all those albums with a sunset, yacht and martini on the cover? Porcaro shuffle and Rhodes with a phase shifter are key elements! There is a Yacht Rock(where the name comes from) mocumentary on UA-cam that's full of all sorts of music nerd trivia
@@davetbassbos hahaha, I'm gonna go check that out!
You're awesome dude.
Haha, right back at ya rutgertje!

dude i love you song its so sweet!!!!
Thank you!!
i wonder how it compares to the sensitivity of other pad controllers
It's actually really good. Better than launchpad pro. I would say it's basically like a maschine mk3. A little less maybe.
@@TheQuestforGroove oh wow... that's interesting. and good to know!
So it’s basically a better way or at least the cheaper way of getting good Drum pads then the pre-Sonus Atom?
@@bryanmoseley6533 I'd say yes, except for the fact that 4x4 pads are more convenient ass soon as you need Toms and crashes and stuff like that.
Interesting, what I would like to see is an upgraded impulse keyboard with 16 keypads. I don’t have much use for a two octave keyboard.
good stuff!
Looking into buying for my son he's 11 but techy what else will I need to go with it to set him up pleasen
Hi! Great song! I'm just starting out. Does this work with GarageBand and Catalina 10.15.5?
I'm sorry but I don't know! Novation is a company that's on top of their stuff so my guess is they'll for sure make it compatible if it isn't already.
The Quest for Groove Gotcha! Thanks for getting back to me! I haven’t found a keyboard that I liked better than this one for starting out so I’ll just have faith!
This was a banggggerrrrr
Thanks Jordan!
