An SBA Loan is not the best alternative for an event venue for so many reasons. SBA loans have caps and may not offer you enough money you need to start a sustainable event venue.
So do you think grants would be a better option if you can get enough? I new to this so I’m really trying to learn the process and the best way to go about getting funding.
@@shareebarnes3604 The best way to get funding is to Create a business plan, create a forecast sheet for the first 3 years of your business with a suitable APR. in your business plan explain extensively how you plan to deal with the barriers of entry to your industry and fend off competition. Go bank to bank of talk to anyone that has access to a Loan underwriter that can get you in the door to talk to a loan officer.
