Mi friend please help. When I find 2700 on HP smart app I press connect and will start to connect than it's stoops and says "unexpected error cannot set up at this time" any suggestions? Ty

May be signal is low. Move printer near router and setup again.

In my case the on/off button does not stop flashing after going into setup mode. Is that normal?

You can unplug the power cable for 10 minutes and reconnect again to do the setup. It should work normal. The power button should stop flashing after few seconds.

WiFi password is your home wifi network password. You should have it. Printer password is different.
