- 8 hour #LAYOVER in #NYC?
This is how i used my time during #JFK layover
Come with me to Manhattan
**********************************
A layover can be a painful thing, but if you have about 7 or 8 or 9 hours of time on the airport and waiting for your connecting #flight, get out of JFK airport in #NewYork and visit Manhattan, downtown New York City. The New Yorks #TimesSquare is one thing you can see, but also the Empire State Building and other things.

I have a 5 hour layover tomorrow, totally doing this! Thanks!
Awesome! But be cautious, because 5h is not a lot of time. Might be a good idea to Set an alarm on your phone the latest you want to head towards the subway! Enjoy
Hi Dear I have 10 hours layover in JFK kindly guide me how I can go out for few hours
Should be enough time, enjoy!
Can u guide me how I get permission to go out to city
@@travelguide1586 i don't know how the situation is with covid right now
You really know how to make good use of your time! I’ve never had more than a 2-3 hour layover, so I usually just walk around the airport I’m at, but if I ever have a really long layover, this is definitely a great idea!!! I would love to support each other’s channels! 😀👍
I think its definitely worth it to leave the airport if you have time.and are into big cities. If you don't like busy cities, better stay at the airport :D
Yes you can, but I would skip Manhattan and go somewhere in nyc which is closer to the airport. Otherwise it might be just very stressy Manhattan 2minutes. Would not recommend :-D
cool video! I did something similar but instead I went to DUMBO in Brooklyn to save some time on the train!
good idea!
Oh man, sorry your flight was cancelled, I hope you got your luggage back! I will have a 8 hour layover at JFK airport in July. I still haven't decided if I will leave the airport or not. Safe travels!
Do it!!
Omg Peter without the beard 😲😲
Let's keep that a secret, ok? :)
Peter Ambis ahahah fine, I hope you managed to have your luggage back by the way
3 days later i got it back now i am in Peru :)
Wow it's awesome but does not speed up photography
Hi I hope you will reply... After you pickedup luggage, cleared customs... And then you dropped luggage again.
Did you mean you already checked in? Or you just dropped of your luggage from a storage service inside airport?
sorry for the late reply: i dropped the luggage at a storage service inside the airport.
Hi! I have like 6 hours for my next flight. Do you think that it is possible to make it?
is a 7 hour layover enough time from newark airport ? taking train etc..
Sorry, only have experience with JFK
Can anyone else help?
i have only 3 hours 15 minutes.. Guess that’s enough time to do anything huh
tricky!
How many minutes did the train travel from jfk to jamaica station?
I have connecting flights in jfk do i need visa bofere I book my ticket
Usually, whenever you have transfer in the US, it is as if you enter the country. So you usually need visa and ESTA. Anyine correct me please if i am.wrong
I have a layover from 9-5. Would this be enough time?
i would say yes
Hi do I need transit visa Doha to jfk? Planning to go to borbados on march2024. Hope you response.
@@ronnielaarnieb.570 you mean a US visa? If you will change terminal in JFK yes you need visa because you will enter the country or if you bought the flight as one ticket from the same airline I dont think you will need a visa because you will not have to go out of the terminal and check in again.
