i dont understand why the ps4 runs it at 30fps?
these games were designed for the ps3 and 360 right? which had 512mb of vram.
ps4 and xbox one had 8 gb of vram then why do they run it at only 30fps?
it should be more like 60fps atleast considering the visual fidelilty and cartoony style.
