One small detail I absolutely love about this home….the quiet cozy ,pool area….so Intimate ,relaxing and peaceful with rush hour traffic speeding through as I’d host a private party 😂😂😂 I suppose planting trees could help in drowning out the road rage commute 😂😂😂 but seriously great presentation as Usual Dan 👌🏾

Beautiful home but the kitchen is kind of tight just like the primary closet is tight they both need to be extended. I would like this house in Frisco, Flower Mound, Prosper, or Addison. Just North Dallas in general.

I do not believe homes with crazy high ceilings and mile high staircases make sense anymore. People want homes they can live in forever, one level living , master suite on main floor. A home you can raise a family in, but also age well in also. Easy to get around in. This home looks exhausting. 😂Maybe a good choice if I was still running marathons lol Great home for the very physically active. But once those knees start aching, and your back turns 40...its not fun lol
