For tundra i have two loadouts
The fastest one is:
Serpent wrap (rear grip)
7 Rnd (ammunition)
Owc laser - tactical (laser)
Fast switch (perk)
26.5 hammer forged (barrel)
The more efficient one is:
Tactical suppressor (muzzle)
28.2 tiger team (barrel)
Fmj (perk)
7 Rnd (ammunition)
Airborne elastic wrap (rear grip)
Always remember using the "agile" red perk for the fastest ads time and if you feel like going crazy you can use "amped" green perk for changing weapons quickly but if not just use "toughness" green perk, is a very good option for hard scope

What is better for Aggressive Sniper? Amp Perk or the Hit Flinch one?
Depends on how aggressive and passive you are, and how fast your sniper is. I consider Tundra, Outlaw, Koshka to be fast and DLQ and Locus to be "slow".
They aren't slow per se but compared to the fast snipers I gave, they do feel slow.
Imo for me:
Aggressive, fast sniper: Amp
Aggressive, slow sniper: Either amp or toughness, but I prefer amp as long as you don't miss shots.
Passive, either fast or slow: toughness
And this is taking into account if you're a very good sr user.
