@@Maisonier To be fair, Mappa did a lot better the 2nd time around. The CGI wasn't as bad, but overall I understand WIT didn't have the capabilites to do all Season 4 themselves, and while them working together would've been great, we know only Mappa took up Kodansha's ridiculous time schedule, no one else was gonna. I hate we had to lower our expectations and see the shit show that was Season 4 Part 1 with its abysmal CGI but, at least Mappa is improving
For me, the CGI was bearable, however, the soundtrack was shit in the first part. They butchered Eren's transformation. Yes it got better but I really wanted to feel the tension in that part an I was left feeling dry. It's not as emotional as seasons 1, 2 or even 3.
