I have this sound bar connected to a TCL 65S433 using the HDMI ARC port. It sounds great when using any of the HDMI inputs connected to a source, but when I use the streaming services I have to crank the volume up to 90% or 100%. Is there a setting I may be missing?
Planning on installing this on an 85 inch tv, do you think it gets loud enough and has enough bass and clarity to not feel disappointing on a tv this size?
Ok so I had to figure it out, I pushed the input button on the sound bar until it got to bt and held it until it said sub pairing and held the pair button on the sub for a few seconds and it finally worked, had to do it a few times but it worked
De cuantas pulgadas es tu pantalla,la mía es de 50 y creo que es muy bajita para ponerle la barra enfrente ya que tapa el sensor de encendido a ti no te afecta este problema?
I have this soundbar and the TCL 5 series 55 inch and bar covers up the remote sensor located on bottom of TV. THE SOUNDBAR BLOCKS IT! You have to either put the TV on blocks.. or put soundbar somewhere else. Poor design by TCL. Also volume doesn't go very loud, have to almost max out on certain channels or streaming.
I plugged in using the optical cable, but for some reason have no idea how to pair my sub and which input setting should i have it on. Can someone please help me?
When going up to max volume and with very bass heavy songs, my subwoofer has this kinda of rattle noise coming from the bass port/vent in the back. Is that normal?
I’m not sure you could contact who ever you bought it from and get a refund or replacement. Overall it’s a great soundbar and subwoofer I’ve had mine for over a year and have no problems.
Mine worked for I few then won't pair again at all I've tried everything and I have at tlc tv and the sound bar there should be no problem at all but the sound bar works not the sub
Definitely fits in my small room and is very impressive for it size . Love it, games, movies, music.. just awesome

Does your TCL TV remote also control the sound bar or must you also use the remote that came with the sound bar?
Two separate remotes..
If you use ARC you only use one remote from the TV.
If I use aux cord to connect it with my tv will it produce good sound? My tv doesn't have optical and HDMI ARC

Strange, BT pairing isn't for the SUB. BT is for devices such as your phone. The device pairing is proprietary

The dialog on mine is not clear. We often have to turn on subtitles to understand all of the words. Any ways to make the dialog more crisp?

Aux is for an external source, Mini disk, record player, tape deck, CD player. All the things you've never heard of.. lol

You plugged in one single plug and your sound bar came to life. How is that possible with no screwing with settings in any way?
Yup, Nothing to do. This is why I love this thing! If you use the eARC (HDMI) The TV remote will do the volume, vs using two remotes.
