Hey, nice one. Glad you're recovering well. That 1x14 setup sounds so good. I'm really looking forward to the video on that as I wanna see how far 1x can go (and to even maybe make front derailleurs more or less redundant). I'm planning to do a Campy Ekar setup for my next bike (a gravel bike which I plan to maybe do some ultra distance races on), do you think there are any better options?

The Ekar stuff is awesome! I actually have not tested it myself but talked to several who have used it and they all say it is top notch. Another UA-camr was trying to buy the demo bike that had it on there because he liked it so much, and he was a die hard 2x guy. My set up with be more of a hodge podge of parts but will also be kinda future proof so I think you will like it. You will also be able to run any speed you want with it so even if you didn't go full 14, you could run 11 or 12 or 13. Hopefully I will have that video done in the next week. Just waiting on a part from Germany to finish it up.
