- Citrus fruits such as lemon, bergamot and grapefruit
- Essential oils of white flowers: jasmine, vanilla and lily
- Herbal ingredients mint and chamomile
- The scents of sea breeze and fresh water enhance the feeling of freshness - Woody notes (sandalwood and cedarwood) and also musk. These essential oils give the perfume a warm base that is at the same time light and refreshing.
We also explain how to choose the appropriate consistency for perfume in hot weather, such as light, aquatic, and refreshing perfumes. It is preferable to choose types of perfumes such as eau de cologne and Eau de toilette (light perfumes with a high content of refreshing ingredients).
Avoid choosing heavy perfumes that are suitable for the winter and not suitable for the hot weather and summer, in which the human body is exposed to a lot of sweat, which leads to a change in the scent of the perfume and its volatility quickly.

إليك خطوات عمل مخمرية معطرة للجسم والجلد من مكونات طبيعية
المكونات
- واحد كوب من الزبادي الطبيعي
- نصف كوب من العسل الابيض النقي
- عدد ٢ ملعقة كبيرة من زيت جوز الهند أو زيت اللوز الحلو
- ١٠ : ١٥ قطرة من الزيت العطري المفضل لديك (مثل زيت اللافندر أو الفانيليا أو البرتقال)
- ملعقة صغيرة من قشر الليمون المبشور (اختياري)
الخطوات
- في وعاء، يتم خلط الزبادي والعسل حتى تحصلي على قوام متجانس
- يتم إضافة زيت جوز الهند أو زيت اللوز الحلو وقطرات الزيت العطري ويتم الخلط حتى تتجانس المكونات
- إضافة قشر الليمون المبشور على حسب الرغبة
- وصع المخمرية في وعاء محكم الغلق ويتم الحفظ في الثلاجة لمدة تصل إلى أسبوعين
الاستخدام
- قبل الاستحمام أو الاستخدام نقوم بتدليك المخمرية على البشرة والجسم بحركات دائرية لمساعدة على تحفيز الدورة الدموية
- تترك المخمرية على البشرة لمدة ١٠:٥ دقائق قبل الشطف
- يمكنك استخدامها مرتين في الأسبوع لبشرة ناعمة ومرطبة بشكل طبيعي
