I don’t watch the show on tv but I do enjoy the clips on here and I actually find myself really only enjoying the clips with Tamar in it. She’s funny, gorgouse and REAL!

It was said also she didnt test well with audiences but her replacement has been the likes of Joseline H and Tiny's friend with have been of similar nature. What a sister in Christ , I admire the message she displayed speaking of encouragement during the storm. I don't care what negative words are spoken or written about Tamar, she is an exceptional woman who has a divine spirit. God continues to pour blessings over her life. I'm TEAM TAMAR!!!!

I understand if she was hard to work with but that isn't how you fire a person especially someone who brings a lot of laughs to the show . She should've been personally called and spoken to not told to her husband that she isn't coming back especially out of no where
i think her husband manages her but they should have gave reasons. also, she was the best part of the show. she was the laugh and the attitude. adrienne is the hotty. jeanie is the personable friendly one who is actually really well spoken. loni and tamera are kinda boring. tamera is too goody tooshoo as well.

Honestly watching Tamar on the real was the best! Not that I️ dontblove the other ladies but for me I️ always looked forward to hearing Tamar’s opinion bc of her wild personality.

I think Vince the reason why she got fired because he knew she was doing wayyy too much and he probably didn't want anything to interfere with her singing career, cause at that time Tamar was doing a lot, concerts, radio interviews, tv appearances, writing etc...Up until she had blood clots and after she healed.

I was fired from my job after two weeks for no reason. I assumed it was because I was basically the only black person that worked there but I try not to make things a color thing. And the way I was fired was so random, one day I'm at work and the next day I'm fired? And it wasn't my boss who let me go she had someone text me "don't go to work" so I never knew what I did wrong... and until this day I'll have to deal with not knowing what I did wrong.
It is nice to know the reason but in cases like that, you just need to move forward..it is the only way to go and not bother about the reason.
So as yall just heard, Tamar said that a reason for her firing was never given. So why are people, including Tamar, being shady towards the other girls??

IDK why everyone acting like they have no idea why Tamar was fired. I'm sure she was difficult to work with. I stopped watching The Real after this bullshit. Tamar was not my favorite person on the panel but she kept it real, honest and fun. This really underscored, for me, how p.o.c. put their paychecks before morals, ethics, and relationships- which is why we don't progress in this world. Look how Michael Strahan left Kelly high and dry- like, "fuck friendship I'm getting this money!" I've lost respect for any of that panel that didn't take a stand for Tamar. I'll spend my ratings elsewhere.

If she would had conducted herself this way talking so nice and easy like she is doing right now ,she wouldn't be fired.
That's not fair to say. For one, she wasn't even told why she was fired. And two, everyone on the show is free to be who they are, so why can't she be herself? They had to know that Tamar was extra before they hired her. Everyone who knows even the smallest thing about Tamar knows she's extra. Adrienne is extremely opinionated, Loni can be obnoxious, and Tamera can be on the boring side, yet they are still there. Every viewer has their favorite, and many people loved the flair that Tamar brought to the show.

Lets face it Tamar is all about Tamar she comes off as a spoiled rotten child. Shes all mouth with an opinion on everything which is fine as long as you realize you have to listen sometimes in order to realize everyone has something to say and feel a certain way everyone has that line in the sand that tells others step over and your being disrespectful .Tamar is very disrespectful to others including her sisters everytime they try to tell her how she hurts thier feelings she walks away she solves nothing because she cares about herself and her feelings and not others. But shes a good actress when it comes to covering up her poor behavior.
Truth is, she alienated a major sponser during an on set tantrum, namely Pintrest; and focus groups didn't respond well to her. The producers chose to let her go. Her blaming her costars is just petty butthurt behavior. Saying she feels this is a positive is bullshit too, she was devastated by it, but needs to own her part. Personally, I don't think the show has suffered without her.
She-Ra Princess of Power the show lost viewers one and they should have told her exactly why so she had no room to blame anyone and she has all right to see this as a positive she already says yes she was devasted but everything happens for a reason so what's the point in seeing the only negative
I'm not seeing the negative, I think her absence is a positive. I only make the point about her owning her part because after it happened she shut out her ex-co-hosts and friends and gave the clear impression that she was back-stabbed or unfairly treated. And I don't buy her trite statement about everything happening for a reason for a second...she's still bitter as hell.

I mean, we should probably look further into the attitude excuse, and say that her firing was a set up. 1) they called her about hosting while she was filming season 2 or 3 of The Braxtons. I also think that she had gotten the call while filming the 1st season of Tamar and Vince. So that's two shows, and AT LEAST two years where we have seen Tamar be rude, snap her neck, cut people off, be dramatic, be a victim, etc. They still called her anyway! They still wanted her after seeing how she had been acting on WE tv for 2-3 years. She was on The Real for two years and brought in losts of fans from her shows that she had already been. Her attitude and allegedly being difficult to work with can't be the reason because she was those things when FOX called her BUT...

(CONT) like her other shows, SHE and/or VINCE are EXECUTIVE PRODUCERS, and The Real was no difference. Vince worked it out to where He would be credited as a producer on The Real while his wife was an e,played. That's TWO paychecks for ONE member of the panel/cast. At some point, FOX might e said that it was too much money to be paying one family so either they tried to take Vince's money and he didn't budge, so she got fired. FOX went from paying TWO salaries to the Vince/Tamar home which was probably around the two digit millions and the network no longer wanted to pay that. I truly believe that that's what happened

She was not the right fit for the panel. She was way too shady towards Jeannie and it made it uncomfortable to watch. I stopped watching because of her animosity or insecurities towards Jeannie. The girls are so much more open and the dynamic between them is beautiful. They have a true bond which has blossomed since her departure.
