    Recipe for Papardelle with tenderloin in mushroom sauce
    Ingredients:
    pork tenderloin (400 g)
    smoked bacon in slices (150 g)
    mushrooms (250 g)
    onion (1 piece)
    cream 30% (150 ml)
    smoked paprika (1 teaspoon)
    rosemary (1 pinch)
    cumin (1 pinch)
    black seeds (1 pinch)
    salt (to taste)
    pepper (to taste)
    vegetable oil (1-2 tablespoons)
    pappardelle pasta (1 packet)
    Preparation:
    Cook papardelle * according to package instructions.
    Washed and dried mushrooms **, cut into slices, finely chop the onion.
    Wash the tenderloin, dry it thoroughly and cut it into slices about 1.5 cm thick. Wrap each piece in a slice of bacon.
    Preheat a frying pan with the addition of vegetable oil, then put the pieces of meat. Fry on both sides for 2-3 minutes ***.
    Add the onion, mushrooms and spices: rosemary, cumin, black cumin and smoked paprika. Mix all ingredients thoroughly and simmer for about 2 minutes.
    After this time, whiten the whole with cream, season with salt and pepper to taste and stew for about 8-10 minutes.
    Serve with cooked pasta.
    Serving suggestion:
    Grated Parmesan / parsley.
    TIP * The dish also tastes good with the addition of tagiatelle pasta.
    TIP ** You can use fresh forest mushrooms instead of mushrooms.
    TIP *** For an even juicier tenderloin, fry it on each side first and then bake it in the oven
