I remember the first time I play street fighter 2 and got to fight M. Bison and I kept getting my head stump on, getting scissor kicked, and kept on getting flame torpedo and I thought M. Bison was the cheapest boss ever in a video game. Made me cuss and swear at the screen. Then when I play Kaiser Knuckle and got to the General, and keep on getting constantly spam by his sliding kick and his three-way projectile attack instantly made me want to falcon punch the screen.
To this day, I am still genuinely puzzled when it comes to asking why did they decide to make such a horrible enemy as the general, not even in the lowest standards of the lowest blows of that era would consider doing something like this, even when considering input reading for a few extra coins and some cheap bosses here and there, yet there could be tools or some testing made to at least make it more subtle, yet somehow Taito thought it was a good idea to do *this* and believed everyone would just eat it, simply one of the worst things you can do to a human being.

The only way to beat this Boss (in this original version) is exactly like this strategy: exploring an error pattern in the game's intelligence by repeated execution.. A few characters can be used in situatuons like Marco, Lihua, Gekkou. But for other characters, like Boggy and Liza it is yet to be discovered. This is not a problem in the revised sequence, Dan-Ku-Ga, unfortunately never officially released, where General was properly nerfed
I like how this dude has a projectile that seemingly isn’t punishable because it flies in all directions simultaneously. Bosses back then were designed to be quarter munchers.

Me tomé la molestia de investigar su IA para saber que hace que sea imposible de derrotar y descubrí que cada ataque estaba programado para ser leído en un microsegundo,cada botón que presionaras estaba pensado para ser leído sin importar cuanto intentaras golpearlo,otra cosa que tiene es que por orden natural de el juego en sí,el general es inmune a tus ataques,los golpes no colisionan,la razón por la que lo hacen es porque rompes la IA,no porque el juego te lo permita en sí,es gracias a un bug porque el juego estaba programado para ser sucio y leer cualquier cosa que presionaras,mientras que los demás personajes leen tus movimientos pero haces spameos normales al atacar con el general estas rompiendo la IA,lo que hacemos es interrumpir sus frames de animación,eso es lo que hace que podamos pegarle,esto que hace al hacer este ataque de wulong es porque los de taito olvidaron programar la caminata de el general y eso lo bugea,por lo que el va hacia ti y te pega con esa patada una y otra vez,así de hijos de puta eran los de taito,a ese nivel descarado llegaron,por eso nadie podía ganarle,estaba programado para jugar a modo de tas en resumen,es algo que un humano normalmente no puede alcanzar,entonces cuando tú haces un simple golpe el automaticamente te contraataca y te hace perder creditos de forma descarada,no estaba pensado para que alguien le gane en realidad

Generally all other defeats outside of wulong involved low sweep hits which wulong also did here when you couldn't bait him with a dragon punch AI exploit to sweep This looks like global Champion by the way. Some people was right that he's the hardest boss in fighting game. But imo he's clearly lesser than that if you cheese him with an exploits (Infinite reset, High Score Girl referenced tactic like what this video demonstrated above) instead of attempt to beat him by natural means, also don't cheese him too much or else he will change tactic later on

the Ai is getting confused it's like how you can beat Rugal in KOF98 with Ralph and Clark's back high punch alone.
