I use GeForce experience to record (1080p, 60fps are my settings)

oh, i also use GeForce Experience but the RAW recording looks like a lot like 40 FPS, same with my OBS Studio which goes up to 120 FPS. do you know how to fix it?@@gamesarejust4fun_

i mean some of my friends say because it has to do with bitrate. (61000 kbps for recording, some say wifi but i checked and it’s 400 mbps)
i have RTX 4060, intel 13th gen i5-13600K and 32 GB ram, so idk if it gotta do with specs! or i can check some tutorials in yt on how to fix it
