- R\Today we are going to be working star out for the first time since giving birth. It wasn't easy but she did what she could. After giving birth you have to build your strength back up.

Ok everyone doing it and supporting each other that's what's up cause it be real when you have a baby and your breast be then shrunk your body start going back to the smaller old self you got work out to balance the old body to adjust it with the new body. We are all beautiful with every stretch that comes along with a pregnancy. Your after birth marks are your warrior marks it's a blessing if a person get back to working out just pace yourself as a new mom.
