Making this dog bone shaped Christmas stocking is a pretty easy sewing DIY. I’m sharing a free pattern and sewing tutorial with you so you can make one for your dog this Christmas, too! One of the reasons I love this stylish dog mom DIY is because I can make it to match my holiday style at home. The UA-cam video was a big help. Instead of the top opening, I left a long side in the lining open. This way I could completely sew the top with the hanger sewn in also. I blind stitched the lining opening then put it inside and ironed. Looks just the same but easier I think.

i’m not sure how this is reversible bc of the strap part?

Thanks for your comment! You just flip the bone inside out to reverse it, the strap will work either way. Whatever fabric is use as the lining will show at the top, so it all coordinates
