I love all your videos, especially these freezer meal ones. Thank you and Lizette for the care you put into creating them. I usually bake our freezer meals and then divide them into 2 person servings to freeze so that we just thaw out one night’s dinner overnight and then microwave for a few minutes at dinner time. It works for us to have very fast home made dinners ready.
Kevin l live in Australia and have a lovely property 25 acres near coast and hour from Sydney N SW, it’s filled with native rain forest and lots of native animals. I am at peace here. Perfect dish to bring to someone who is going through a difficult time perhaps. Or just because. The mini croissant breakfast sandwiches might be nice for a brunch, accompanied by Bloody Mary's or Mimosa's. A brunch/cocktail party. I often make a similar style of chicken with curry and yogurt, but I use lemon instead. I think it's a morracan dish. It always turns out well. Must be the yogurt marinade. Another wonderful video! Because my husband and l have different schedules as well as dietary needs, l tend to make these dishes in about single servings. When we need a quick meal l just take out the individual dishes and heat accordingly. Also great for lunches.
To avoid contamination from plastics (or aluminum when using aluminum foil) I always separate my food from the cling-film and or foil by placing a sheet of parchment paper over the food so neither will it come in contact with plastic or aluminum.
Great idea to make the cottage pie as a freezer meal! And am thinking the ingredients for the mini croissant sandwiches would also make a nice breakfast strata! 😋👍🤗

I never miss your videos..they are so calming. Try using the 2 gallon freezer bags that are available now to freeze a large amount or an odd shaped dish.

Thank you for clarifying you were making a Cottage Pie (with beef). I like making mashed potatoes but have no issues with instant flakes. Never think of freezing uncooked chicken in marinade. HI from Oregon.
Hi Kevin, thank you for the recipes they are delicious. Tonight for dinner I made chicken enchiladas. This is the first time that I ever them. My husband and I don’t like hot and spicy food. I am so glad I made these they are delicious. I am going to make a second batch and freeze them.
We have purchased many of the items you use and have found them all very useful. Most recently the furbuster hand vacuum and the shark vacuum . We love them both. 💗💗
I would love to buy those instant mashed potatoes Kevin used for the cottage pie if sold on line. ? All the stores Kevin shops at look wonderful. Especially love the flower store. One can dream!
Consider adding sliced or chopped black olives to the filling and topping of the enchiladas, plus some sliced green onions. A pat or two of butter in the mashed potatoes.

I agree. I would bake the croissant instead of microwaving them. Microwaving bread products always seems to dry out and toughen them.
