The Kliq all make excuses for their actions even to this day. They needed to get beat up to teach them a lesson and to teach Vince McMahon a lesson that bullying is not tolerated. That's how you deal with bullies. So either Vince was also bullied by the Kliq or he had a sexual relationship with one of several of them. Kevin Nash in every shoot interview has said he didn't care if he buried other wrestlers even if it was bad for business. His ego along with the other members was so big that they didn't care about anyone else. Just like any other gimmick or character it eventually dies out and they ruined careers for their own personal gain not for anything else. It kills me that wrestlers want to stay loyal to Vince McMahon after the things he that he let go on for so many years in his company.

I swear that Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson and "Stone Cold" Steve Austin either came in at the right time or had somebody watching their backs. They had luckily dodged a cluster of hollow bullets named The Clique. I do think that their breakthroughs were spontaneous and not planned - otherwise Michaels and HHH (of old) would have disrupted their momentum.

If you're in a new company and you see the top guys being like the Kliq was and you see the boss is down with them, you better learn to BS and play politics, because that's how you will survive. Never confront them, remain neutral, be good to everyone, work hard, don't take anyone's side openly, never lecture these top guys on why you think they are wrong and you will survive abd even thrive. But try to be a courageous person who isn't afraid to call out BS and you're going down. Cool guy, but he is idealistic to a fault.
