Bhai I too was an aspirant 2018 pass out learned Backend DSA with python with django flask. Started learning last year and haven't getting any calls since April 2023. Only referrals will work coz the HR won't select you due to your year gap of 5 years. Try to either get into BPO or sales job and learn these skills side by side if you are in need of money now otherwise wait and look for referrals.

Demand is so high that FED is engineering an inflation by increasing rates to 5.5%. Have you heard such rate in last 20 yrs? People are stressed due to such inflation and demand is not going down. May be next year demand will normalize, forget about recession
@@romanrange- companies are not hiring to manage stock price. If US government gives 5-6% interest, why would anyone go in equity? So their stock are going down 30-50-70% To show profit in such cases, they stop spending on unnecessary future projects and only run existing operations and show more profit just to maintain stock price.

About stocks, people are buying anything without thinking twice. Medium sized IT companies in India are managed by few Fund managers. Before covid Tata elxsi, Persistent and KPIT ko koi puchhta nahi tha.
