I really appreciate your positive presentation!!! Great attitude!! Doing something you don’t care to do and seeing lackluster results can bring things down. 👍
These are Palmyth brand gloves, can be found on Amazon for about $15. I can't say they're a very "good" pair, but they're as durable as more expensive brands in my experience. None last more than a season or 2 for me...
Get those live shrimp out to the surf in a few weeks when the big whiting start showing up man! A couple weeks from now we should start seeing the real big boys back in the surf up here around Wilmington. I like the viewer-voted content, nice little change up!
Hey! Yes I have near constant rudder problems, I actually briefly mentioned it a couple videos back. I keep having to swap my rudder cable out. Currently I'm using weed whacker cord and that seems to be working so far haha
Yup I couldn't agree more! Would recommend it for anybody new to saltwater who just wants some bites or somebody on a time crunch looking for action, otherwise it's a tough time weeding through the bait stealers.
I have an idea that you may have already done, but I don't think so. Have you ever tried the Almost Alive brand soft plastic fiddler crabs? Very reasonably priced compared to other artificial crabs at $1.50 each all in max. There are 2 sizes and the website is a bit hard to navigate. Just a thought. I enjoyed the video.
Unfortunately, it seems the best inshore live bait you can get your hands on here in southeast Louisiana is live shrimp. So I feel you, if you’re in a good spot, the shrimp really produce, if not, your money is leaving you quickly at 45 cents a pop! 😂
I'm curious to get your take on this, who here is a shrimp apologist? Why or why not? And what should I do next?
I was recently told that nightcrawlers are great sheepshead bait.
Use cut mullet
I can never find good ones for free, and they die pretty quick in a lot of cases. I love em, but I use mullet way more
Love it😊

Good video bud you should try using shrimp together with fish bites that's how I catch my drum
Cool video, when does the big sheepshead arrive in your area? Thanks
I'm not sure why but I love that on the release you slow down the video. It's weirdly satisfying to me 😂
Haha thanks dude, glad I'm not the only one who enjoys it!
Great to see you back at it.
Great stuff! Live shrimp on the bottom can be problematic. Better to use under a float. Cut mullet on bottom helps with bait stealers IMHO.
What fishing gloves are those lol I’m looking for a good pair

How much did your pedal drive kayak cost
Hi I have the same model Kayak as you , do you have problems with your rudder cable?

Good bait for kids to use. Lots of action, otherwise I agree, too many bait stealers.
Tight lines 🤙🏽🎣

I’ve caught big fish on it but only use it in winter months

I appreciate the suggestion, I have NOT tried those before. Have you used them before? I'll take a look!
@@MakeTimeForFishing I have some that I got over a year ago but haven't used yet for health reasons.
Sorry to hear that but I hope you're doing alright and that you can get out and try them soon! Thanks again for the suggestion and for tuning in!

Nice video, would love to see some artificial crab sheeps videos that would be awesome!
No puppy drum in south carolina. After they cross the border they become "rat reds" 🤣🤣
