So I've already been through something quite like this and never felt safe, in fact I was not safe on the street nor in my home. I went through a home invasion in 1980 at age 16, was almost dragged into a alley by a guy with a knife but punched him in the balls and ran home.. with him chasing me part of the way there. It was rough as hell and if something doesn't happen soon there's going to be a nationwide repeat. I'm not trying to scare anyone. This is just the reality of this situation.
