Gurugram is a satetelite city of Delhi its under haryana govt. Kinda new city not exactly huge not by population but has good infrastructure and IT stuff still developing for people to actually live though as it didn't had proper drainage system, garbage area and power cuts till few yrs ago as it initially only industries and IT offices not appartments, people working there were usually living in Delhi traveling by road or metro. About How is it now Iam not sure but iam guessing probably better as many shifted there. Now its 2nd largest IT hub after banglore and 3rd largest banking and financial hub 8th in terms of wealth.
