I can not wait to see the superbena sparkling amethyst + limelight prime pairing in all its glory. Will you fertilize the superbena in the landscape. If so, how often? My superbena amethyst just out grew its pot so I popped it in my front flowerbed with white begonias + echevaria for all to enjoy & want to keep it looking it’s best💜🤍💚

I didn't realize how woolly the arbs were until Aaron tied them up! Can't believe how much they have grown. I'm getting excited to see everything in a month. It's going to be spectacular.

Laura and family have been hard workers there whole life, she has earned every bit of what they have. They are instilling those ethics into their children. She is doing what she loves….creating, sharing her knowledge and making beautiful spaces. 💐
I real appreciate when she shows her process of the planning, blue prints and building up an area. It gives me 💡ideas/ how to incorporate in my own yard. I also loved watching the transformation of her sisters space.
The other things I love are her tips ( soil, insects, planting seeds) foraging☘️, craft projects and antique shopping with her mom.
Definitely takes a lot of hard work, trial and error.

I would just love to have the money she has spent on annuals that won’t come back next year. To me that is like throwing money out the window. One can tell that she has never had to do without anything. I worry each month if I will have money leftover for groceries.
@1950steele this is a common misinterpretation due to lack of understanding. Perhaps the Lord will fill you with a new way of thinking soon.

I've mentioned the other day, but worth repeating! OMG! While all of the various bulbs are blooming at the same time, especially with trees and shrubs blooming, Aaron really needs to do some aerials with the drone. From the air and then flying through the property lower. This combo will probably never happen again! So capture it!!!!!

I’ve officially dubbed that song that you play during the “watch Laura work” segments (the superbenas mass planting segment in this case) as THE song associated with Garden Answer. Your channel is already my happy place but when I hear that song, it’s extra special and soothing. When I hear it on other videos from other creators, I automatically think “HOW DARE YOU!” 😂😂 I can’t wait to see an update on the superbenas!

we wrap our arborvitaes in netting for the winter...kinda a pain. but it prevents snow and deer damage.!
What kind of netting do you use? I have the same problem and need to try that great idea

Laura is so right about purple. That cool tone just blends in, yet supports the whole landscape, unlike red and orange which stand out. Both have their place, but purple definitely fits their garden.

I really love those Superbenas. I don’t think we have them in Australia - I’ve only ever seen the original verbenas which aren’t nearly as pretty or well-shaped as those superbenas.

Finally!!! I have been waiting for a massive drift and you did not disappoint!!🎉. My favorite PW plant and can over winter in the ground for us here in zone 6! Sparkling Amethyst is not a picky plant and it always produces massive blooms!!😍

I certainly applaud you two! You really make your garden look magical and, though beautiful, it did not have that magical quality when you started! And I think there is a big difference.
I've missed a few weeks and am back! Love plantings in large urns and on the ground am amazed at the height of those tulips. Love their colors and how majestic they look (and I'm not normally a bulb lover). Just beautiful and so well planned! Oh! Great work with the arbs, Aaron!

Laura, I just noticed you have leopard tie shoes! I love that you stay with your OWN style!!!
We had arbs in our yard that were about 20' tall. The also pulled apart during winter with heavy snow. Our solution was eye bolts screwed into the trunks and a cable to pull them together about 10' up. Worked great. The trees also had to be topped since a couple of the trunks lost the top piece. New tops grew and they never missed a beat. LOVE the look of the spring/summer garden! Can't wait to see the drift come to life.
