My red flag radar went crazy when i listened to Kristen’s bf going on about his great new found friendship with Tom. Even if Tom is nice to the bf, does Kristen’s feelings mean that little to him?
I don’t trust a word out of Alex Baskin’s mouth. He likes Lala now because she’ll do what the producers want. Also, Alex is whining because he had a storyline for this season, basically a confrontation between Sandoval and Ariana but Ariana refused. Which means that Alex Baskin didn’t get what he wanted, which was was to script an “unscripted” program. Instead of pressuring the cast to come up with storylines, he should be figuring out how to turn their actual lives into compelling television. That is his job.
I don’t understand why James hung after Tom Sandavol after the break-up with Kristen. And now you tell me that Luke is hanging out with him as well. So strange. And probably not very healthy.

James was originally Tom's friend and he had plans to move in with Tom but Kristen started dating James to piss Tom off and to try and make him jealous but it didn't work because Tom was already with Ariana. So pretty soon James started to feel like he was being used and he and Kristen's relationship took a bad turn so when they broke up he became friends with Tom again out of hatred for Kristen

@@Standtall.SitPretty I'll put my cards on the table- I like Ariana and Scheana, I don't like Stassi, and I find Lala entertaining and her personality definitely has grown on me. Just because I like certain people doesn't mean that I'm stan with blinders on. All of these women have been hypocrites and tried rewriting history. Ariana and Miami Girl? Lala claiming she didn't know that Randall was lying to his wife about her? Stassi playing the mean girl and then the victim?
I think Lala works well with people and is flexible, willing to do what production wanted and call Rachel. I think Ariana has a rigid moral code and that their break-ups are just not comparable. It's easy to be level-headed when you're not in it. But Lala's advice is not terrible.
As for Stassi, I think she was difficult to wortk with and has never shown compassion when it didn't benefit her. I think being her own boss with her own podcast is the perfect career for her. I wish her no ill will.
Alan Baskin is being disingenuous. To say that he wished “ Scandaval” didn’t happen is baloney.
First of all, it didn’t happen in season 1, it happened in season 10. So, why would you be concerned about being an overnight sensation and having to live up to the hype? Scandavol saved the show. Period.
Spoken like someone with no story crafting experience. Whether it’s a scripted or unscripted show, you never want to do something you can never top. Everything after that moment is jumping the shark and the sudden falling ratings will be seen more negatively by the network than if you were just a steady show. Worst of all, your wage bill will have risen because of the great season and lowering it usually requires firing cast members. You want scandal but Scandoval burned too bright.

They’re mostly over 40 years old or near there. So yeah, Scandoval put new life in a show that was becoming irrelevant.
If Tom offered Ariana 3.1 million for the house I’m wondering if that was in cash or sweat equity? Lol of course she put time energy and effort into the home too. He’s definitely minimizing Arianas contribution to the house. The house that has to be sold bc of Tom’s actions, he’s not the Vic.

I really ‘get’ what that producer is saying. It makes sense. There was a lot of insane energy during the last segments of Scandavol , & everything else could be a let down in the aftermath.
It was a dream come true for the show. Imagine if in Happy Days’ 10th season a new “Fonzie sensation” appeared and put the show back in the top 10 ratings?

I’m a little confused why Ariana cares if Tom buys her out and stays. If I was her I’d do anything to get out of that house! That’s the only thing I don’t understand about her. I heard somewhere that he doesn’t have the money to buy the house he wants to do some kind of deal where he pays her off without a mortgage which is a fools deal. In their area in Cali they could probably get closer to 4 million which is insane but I watch a lot of flipping shows with homes in California. The houses are smaller and not as nice with no pool. He is low balling her. And she is probably listening to her lawyers and realtor, plus out of spite doesn’t want him to have it. I say force the sale and make bank than walk away

Tom Scamdoval is an alcoholic. I dated an alcoholic who got sober at my insistance. He maintained sobriety x35+ years. Died of lung cancer. Because evidently some kids in Oklahoma begin smoking cigarettes at age10. Yikes!😟
