Sometimes recent converts are the most ardent and committed to their new ideologies. I'll do some more research on her. I'm an unaffiliated voter who leaned dem. Then they started with their communism and loony toons policies and I recognized where we were headed because I'm a student of history and geopolitics. I left them in the dirt and began voting repub, usually holding my nose. But I am not a repub. When Trump hit that first debate stage and started talking, I knew I found my true candidate. He was saying what I had been thinking for decades. I'm a Trumpist, the Party of Common Sense. A Constitutionalist. Finally found my political home. Dems are now brainwashed zombies who can't hold an adult conversation about any opinion or policy that isn't lockstep with their media masters. A person should realize they're brainwashed if they just drop good friends of 30 years or more without even asking why their friend supports a certain candidate. Facts infuriate them. And they are always pushing their views, starting political arguments and having meltdowns. I never did that. It hurt at first. Now every lost friend is a badge of honor to me. TRUMP 2024
I left the republican party when people elected a president who does not respect anyone who does not agree with him and who is not a republican. I can not vote for anyone who has forgot the meaning of the Commandments and only chooses those that fit him when it is necessary. He mocks the Beatitudes that Christ gave us as a model of life that we should live. Jesus told us to love our neighbor as ourselves and as God loves us. Christ did not say that we should only love and forgive those who agree with us. God The Father chose men of great faith and morals such as Moses, David, Joseph and Solomon who ask for Wisdom instead of great wealth. Solomon was given wealth only because he asked God for the most important thing, Wisdom. Wealth and power was not important to Jesus when He chose those who would lead His church, He picked lowly fishermen who followed Jesus even to death to which eleven died horrible deaths. Jesus did not pick wealthy powerful men because He knew what power and wealth does to people. Remember God was betrayed by His people with a glden calf and Jesus was betrayed wih 30 pieces of silver. A man who mocks people, slanders, ridicules, belittles and laughs at a handicap reporter can not be a man of God. We have taken God out of this country not only when one party condones abortions, which if we truly read the Bible says in 1 Corinthians 6, " Do you not know that you are temples of the Holy Spirit, who is within you. And you are not your own and have been purchased at a great price? The there is the other party that does not live the Commandments and Beatitudes because they do not fit politics and the modern world. We turn from God by saying that we will say what we want when we want to get what we want. In all my years and that goes back to the Eisenhower years and all my years as a Vietnam Vet, have not seen this much hate in this country starting about 2018. They hate I have seen in the race riots of the 60s. The hate I saw in Southeast Asia. The hate when my sister was murdered by a man who thought he was better than her. The hate I saw when 5 guys beat me, put me in the hospital because I rooted for the wrong team ( Sound like Jan.6th riots)? We have politicians who are going after each other out of revenge not forgiveness. I have been told by many people that they are voting for the less of two evils. To think that we can accept evil to get the good things we want is to think that we can accept satan to get good things. Jesus rejected that, but we accept it. We look up to boastful men and say these are our leaders. That is not what 2 Corinthians 12 says. If you think we are voting for a true leader then read 2 Timothy 3:1-5. We just may be headed for the Last Days. God help us all.
Tulsi your speech came from your own mind and heart. Well said and extremely right. And IMO under the Biden Administration, it has been the most difficult time in my life on earth. God is my Savior he will see us through this terrible time. Amen
