@@daforkgaming3320 Awakened one is kind of simple if you have the right tools for the job. Ironclad is mostly (in my opinion) Fiend Fire+. Does a shit load of damage once it’s been awakened. Silent is Deadly Poison an dCatalyst+. If you have at least one to three of those things, you’re set for an easy win. I’m still working on Defect and Watcher because I suck at them both. :P
@@dashfire3185 well, it's "ritual" dagger, and he is a bird-wolf with giant human arms, i suppose cultist were making some "awakening" ritual on one of themselves which includes stabbing the target with the ritual dagger, and apparently they succeeded

Weirdly enough, on my first time getting to the boss fight, I killed Deca and Donu easily enough, but afterwards I looked up their attack pattern and was like “holy crap how’d I beat that?!” and now I can’t beat them :(
I always thought Donu-Deca was the easiest but yeah i guess they have really good support while also applying pressure every turn. A testament to how balanced this game is
I just noticed how different sections of the song match different bosses: 0:00-0:16 the deep choir resembles the ritual surrounding the awakened one 0:17-0:24 the high chords give of the vibe of a clock tower, representing time eater 0:25-0:40 deep trumpet notes resemble that the enemy is strong but not too threatening due to the pitch, matching deca and donu.
This song really starts kicking on higher asencion as you have to think really hard how to survive the relentless onslaughts from these tough bosses. S tier music
The Defect can be very good againts Donu and Deca I got like 150 defense per turn from like frost orbs and defense cards. There's one card called streamline and it's good for being able to defend and attack.
All about finding your synergies and building for the bosses. Frost orb and focus heavy Defect is great for the act 3 bosses once it gets going and will even out scale Awakened One's strength gain if you're wise about playing powers that give more defense than he gains offense (8 per Power realistically because of his 4 hit attack). Streamline also beats his 15 regen if you're playing it every turn for free on top of any other attacks so good stuff.
The main reason why D&D is easy IMO is because there’s two of them. Why does this make them easy? Because the fight gets a lot easier once you defeat one of them. For time eater and TAO it’s difficult all the way until they get defeated. Also there’s more variety. The other two bosses cause you to build your deck to a certain strategy, D&D allow you pick which to attack first. Low card decks should go for deca to get rid of all those dazed, while killing donu first stops the exponentially increasing strength, which would be a good pick for decks that can’t tolerate that.
@@MetaKirb7 if you try playing 6 and only 6 cards each turn, you’re ideally controlling the clock and balancing this. Where this is not possible, try playing 4 cards a turn, as 6 and 4 are both factors of 12, and playing 6 and 4 cards each turn isn’t too bad. Try not to get to the point where you can only play one or two cards before the move comes
@@docmagnus6890 My main strategy was spending time to build up power and shivs (Had runic pyramid) then I'd play a 12th card, then play all my shivs. coupled with some high block cards as well I somehow beat the cloaked slug!
