This curriculum has been life changing! You are both wonderful teachers on your own and a dynamic duo that we are blessed to have. Your unique perspectives are powerfully blended together and make the impractical…practical.

Thank you so much for this! It’s so great for me. I’ve been working with a coach and can’t wait to share some things I heard from this wonderful video. You guys are also so adorable! Lots of love from PA!❤❤❤

Congratulations Todd and Pernille! I'm so happy and grateful that you have finished the curriculum.
If I may suggest, it would be awesome if you did a list of suttas that point to each specific fetter and/or pointer.

Thank you my friend. Well, it kinda already exist here: theawakeningcurriculum.com/useful-suttas - I am mentioning the suttas that are directly pointing at the 1st fetter and then mentioning all the good ones that are useful when you are working with the curriculum. If you are looking for ones that can support you no matter what situation you are in then either the Tao Te Ching (if you find Hannas video we have link to the edition we like the most) and the 37 Practices of the Bodhisattva (you find link to them in the sutta list) Have fun

Thanks for the reminder that the self and the non-self are equally delusional! What a f'in relief! There was some kind of expectation (also delusional) around a standard of behavior that was being chased. Holy Moly - what a weight! p.s not feeling any urges to kick a kitten. Whew!
