I'm Music Director at my church...we are doing this for Easter in a few days. Such an impressive choir and band! I've watched several vidoes of this - the one thing that always disappoints me is how dead the congregation is. The musicians are celebrating, and the congregation (with a few exceptions) looks like they at a funeral. A bit sad
You hit the nail on the head! “Alive Forever Amen” is supposed to be a song of celebration, yet most churches don’t do it justice at all. Most congregations act like they’re there to “get through the service and go out to lunch.” Where’s the encounter with God and the fire of the Holy Ghost? If they’re going to sing “let the people dance,” then they need to DANCE. I can guarantee you that if most of those congregants went to a football game, they wouldn’t be glued to their seats like they do in church. These days, overpaid jocks throwing a rubber ball around a field get more attention, adoration and enthusiasm than the Lord. It’s really sad. I mean, He only took our sin, died on the cross and rose again. Come on, people, wake up!
I love u god and I will always believe in you 10000000000000%❤️❤️
