I am 54 - massive companies have sent me to Japan. They have been trying it my entire career. I did so much of this innately but couldn’t apply all the Corp consultants successfully.
My 18 year old daughter sent me your UA-cam and said she was excited. I figured I would watch so I could engage and encourage her.

You can improve the standing desk to not harm the workers knee & hip joints. A recent study at the University of Michigan demonstrated those joints can be protected long term by a simple measure.
Follow the pattern of sitting for a minute or two after standing for 15 minutes. Reverse that if you sit all day. No drugs were required in many cases.
The study results were dramatic. 70% of those with osteoarthritis arthritis stopped further progress of the disease. 25% actually grew back some lost joint cartilage.
It'will protect your workers in the factory as well. It implies the potential for a reduction in worker comp claims and injury lawsuits. You might include suggesting the workers think for a moment about how to be more efficient or just to clear their mind.
Thanks for the information. Our employees can sit anytime they want. We are really protecting ourselves...we will live five years longer statistically than everybody else who is sitting all day.
...so true....I'm thinking about an elevated stool of some design.

You can even make the sistem retractable so you wouldn't be carrying around a whole desk on wheels, tough for tight spaces. I bet you can make it out of aluminum and make it retactable, as thin as a couple inches.

Hey Paul, is the power cord on the rolling desk something you sell? Only place I can find was Lowes but it is setup backwards, or did you just cut and switch the ends of the wiring?

Hi Paul, are you selling those Lean desk of yours? For me it would be a great idea to sell them. And it would be nice if the height is adjustable for a better ergonomic design so its easy to adjust regardless of who would want to use it.

Why is the conference table sit down? I thought you said earlier that stand up conference tables cut meeting time down. Which way is it lean or not lean?
Very Observant. It's not a conference table. Those are the conference chairs that were transferred to the lunch area for our people when they take a break. Paul

Sure. You can always add a stool and sit occasionally. Try it to find out what works best for you!
