As repetitive as the DLC was at times, as is an issue with the game as a whole, (I think it’s great, anyway.) this track hits so fucking hard you feel like bardock.
This sent chills down my spine when I went through the music settings before even starting to play the DLC
There are some great BGM's added with this DLC

As soon as I heard this starting to play my hair stood on its end, so happy they put this in.... made beating the crap out of the soilders alot better
You are gonna hate me for this but when this song came on I thought no not yet. So i used spotify in my ps5 to put on Bardock's other theme song, Superstar by Saliva but i did put on the og solid state scouter during the final mission of the dlc.

I was about to start the battle against the Dodoria soldiers on Planet Meat. I paused the game and entered spotify just to play Solid State Scooter while fighting, as it was the first time this song played in Bardock's movie. So, I went to the game again and started the battle. I thought "wait they changed the song on spotify?" Then I stopped the song on spotify only to realize it was playing IN THE GAME! I felt a chill down my spine, I didn't think they would put this song in the game!

I'd say Trunks represents hope. Bardock represents an undomitable fighting spirit. Not giving up even on the face of certain defeat. Not even because you think you have a chance, just because you won't go down without a fight.

When I first heard this, I was filled with joy because THEY REMIXED IT INTO AN ORCHESTRA! This music alone gets me upbeat and makes me feel powerful! Good job Bandai! (I forgot who else lol)

While playing the DLC I was like " Are they gonna use his theme from the movie ? " And I kid you not, when the theme started playing I cried lmao
I feared they were not gonna have this in the final release after the trailer, but man it made such a huge difference.

forgot to mention in the original post, i wish they had made it possible to wish him back with the namekian dragon balls or something in teh base game like how trunks came back from the future.

Got the dlc and man it was worth it! This theme made the player feel that they Can't give up no matter what as you tear through all those soldiers to get to Frieza.
Bardock may not have had the strength to stop Frieza but he's certainly the bravest and will Not stop unless forced to (by death)

I always wished they did more with Bardock in the OG series, he was such an awesome character and had a lot of potential but I understand why they made him die as it makes more sense to the series
