Interesting comment, "The private sector investors say the market is so small why build a hotel etc", so regardless of oil revenue, unless the population grows to 10 million what are the future possibilities for growth in home grown consumer consumption, is the plan to import 9 million people?
You need to use that carbon credits to educate the Ameridian community that cares for the natural forest .those community and people should be the first beneficial group,to begin to enjoy a better standard of living. 😅
