Many (private) colleges are not available in aiq. So what if someone from maharashtra wants to choose a college in Hyderabad, telangana, and that college isn't available in aiq? And also that person won't get that college through telangana state counselling. Then what's the process to take adm in those colleges?

Sir my PCB is 50% im from ST Category since I did engineering through my state quota before now im not eligible to get MBBS seat via state quota so I'm thinking to apply for MCC. To get MBBS seat in govt college and also AIIMS am I eligible if I score 600 in Neet and just 50% in PCB.
